Regina player Drafted to the NLL!

Vancouver Stealth - Eric Kratz

 

Home town boy Eric Kratz played minor box lacrosse with the QCMBL as well as playing two years with the Midget SWAT. After minor lacrosse he went on and played with the Richmond Roadrunners in the BC Intermediate A league. The following season he played his second year of intermediate with the new Westminster Salmonbellies in the A league.

Eric has played both years of junior in the BC junior A lacrosse league with New Westminster.  In his most recent season he posted career and league bests for save % and Goals Against Average in the process of winning the Goalie of the Year award for BCJALL.

Following his second junior season Eric entered the NLL draft and was drafted by the Vancouver Stealth in the 5th round 48th overall. 

Eric also gives back to the grass roots as goalie coach for the Barracuda Lacrosse program back in Regina during the off season.
