Hello QCMBL Families,
To say it has been a difficult year would be an understatement. I know we have all been waiting for the world to get back to a more normal daily routine so we can all resume the lives we knew and activities we enjoy. We as a QCMBL Board are also anxiously waiting for this return so we can plan for the 2021 lacrosse season here in Regina. Many families have begun reaching out to the Board members inquiring as to the status of both our Winter Camp as well as the start of our season. We would love to be able to provide you with great news and a date for the start of camp and the season, unfortunately we are unable to do this right now. We are still under heavy sporting restrictions including limiting floors to 8 players and maintaining proper distancing between all players. While this may provide us the ability to work on some skills, it does not allow us to begin our camps or a season at this time. The Board is still working hard to determine what options are available to us and what we will be able to do to bring you all back to the sport we love. We will keep you posted as plans and options progress and hope to see you all on the floor soon.
